Privacy Policy
How Invoicery handles account, workspace, client, invoice, branding, and public invoice data.
Effective date: July 4, 2026
Invoicery helps freelancers and small service teams create cleaner invoices, manage clients, share public invoice pages, and keep billing handoff more professional. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we work with service providers that help run Invoicery.
Who This Applies To
This policy applies to people who create or use an Invoicery workspace and to clients who view an Invoicery-powered invoice, public page, PDF, or email summary. If a business sends you an invoice through Invoicery, that business decides what billing information it adds and how it follows up with you.
Information We Collect
Invoicery collects the information needed to run your workspace, such as account details, company profile information, client records, invoices, notes, branding assets, invoice status, and payment-related updates you add inside the product.
We may also collect basic technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and usage events so we can keep the service reliable, protect accounts, and improve the experience.
How We Use Information
We use your information to create invoices, manage clients, generate PDFs, show shared invoice pages, support branding, send service-related updates, and keep your workspace secure.
We do not sell your personal information. Workspace data is used for product functionality, support, security, analytics, and legal or operational requirements.
Client And Invoice Data
Client names, emails, invoice details, line items, notes, totals, and public invoice links are used only to provide the invoicing workflow you request.
Shared invoice pages are available to anyone with the link, so only share those links with people who need access.
Service Providers
Invoicery may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, and other infrastructure services.
These providers process information only as needed to support the product and are not allowed to use it for their own independent purposes.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, workspace, and invoice data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and protect access to your information.
Your Choices
You can update company profile, branding, client, and invoice information from your workspace. You may also remove data that is no longer needed where the product allows it.
If you need help with account or data questions, contact the Invoicery team through the support channel provided with your workspace.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. When we make meaningful updates, we will revise the effective date on this page.
