Terms and Conditions
The rules for using Invoicery workspaces, invoices, shared pages, PDFs, and related services.
Effective date: July 4, 2026
Invoicery helps freelancers and small service teams create cleaner invoices, manage clients, share invoice pages, and prepare client handoff documents. By using Invoicery, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to using the service responsibly.
Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms and Conditions apply to people who create or use an Invoicery workspace and to clients who access invoice pages, PDFs, or other billing materials generated through Invoicery.
Using Invoicery
Invoicery is built to help freelancers and small service teams manage clients, create invoices, share public invoice pages, export PDFs, and keep billing records organized.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the company details, client information, invoice amounts, taxes, notes, payment status, and branding assets you add to your workspace.
Accounts And Workspace Access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens through your workspace. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should update your credentials and contact support as soon as possible.
Invoices And Client Content
You retain responsibility for the invoices, client records, logos, notes, line items, and other content you create or upload. You should only add information that you have the right to use and share.
Shared invoice links may be viewed by anyone with the link. You should share those links carefully and disable or update access when information should no longer be available.
Payments And Financial Information
Invoicery may help you track invoice status and payment-related workflow details, but it does not replace accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing invoices, taxes, totals, and records before sending them to clients.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Invoicery for unlawful, misleading, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access another user workspace, upload malicious files, or misuse shared invoice links.
Service Availability
We work to keep Invoicery reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, provider outages, or technical issues. We may change, improve, or remove features as the product evolves.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Invoicery is provided without warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to use of the service.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions as the product changes. When we make meaningful updates, we will revise the effective date on this page.
